Dr. Modi was awesome and made me feel really relaxed, even though I don’t like going to the dentist. Her associate that worked with her on my tooth was also awesome and made me feel relaxed. I haven’t or I don’t remember having a filling, but I felt that Dr. Modi and her associate were very quick and made sure I was not in pain. Thank you

Dentist was excellent front desk staff called herself the manager or brook was rude and said this was the place for me because I questioned why my son couldn't schedule for a cleaning instead of another ex ray anyway I tried scheduling an appointment regardless of my disagreement but she said no we not welcome to come back and refused to make appointment so I went called their head office that did nothing about the behavior of her shouting and laughing at me. I had appointments scheduled for me and my husband for the following week and I canceled them both .No one bother to get back to me as I was told about Brook's behavior and is currently looking for other dentist in my area. If I could rate zero stars I would.

I had a great experience at Palm Bay Dental. After 15 years without seeing a dentist, my tooth fractured and needed extraction, so I was pretty nervous especially given that I have no insurance. Everyone here was so nice and professional to me! I started with a consultation that included x-rays. Under $70 was very fair for the time and care they took in giving me a thorough exam with paperwork listing all work needing to be done now and in the future, with pricing. But they allowed me to take care of what I wanted without pushing and scheduled my extraction quickly. Dr. Modi was wonderful, working gently and quickly, and I was out of the chair and feeling worlds better much sooner than I expected. I can actually look forward to going back next month knowing how well I’ll be treated. I would also recommend their Sunbit payment option. It’s straightforward and really does take the stress off of finding a way to make one large payment in this economy. Thank you so much for turning around a very bad couple of months for me! I will certainly be returning here for years to come!

I made a second opinion appointment from another dentist who gave me a rather aggressive treatment plan. Mid appointment, I felt so comfortable and listened to that I said I would really like to switch to this office! The doctor is caring and is conservative in her guidance on what is needed and the entire staff makes an appointment to the dentist an almost pleasure! My husband sees her through VA Community Care and talked about how awesome the doctor and her staff are and I am so glad he told me to go here to get a second opinion. I highly recommend this dental office if you are looking for a caring office staff and doctor who puts the patient first before making high cost procedures their FIRST recommendation.

My appointment was at 3pm and they were on time. I didn’t have to sit in the waiting area. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about insurance. My hygienist was thorough and provided great recommendations on products to address some of my dental concerns.
